Product Purpose; The Skate Protector is specifically designed to help reduce damage to the skate caused by contact with the goalposts during hockey play. It is not intended or marketed as a “shot blocker” or any form of foot or injury protection against pucks or other high-impact forces.

Limitations of Protection; This product does not provide any guaranteed protection to the foot or ankle area. It is not designed to absorb or deflect impacts from hockey pucks, sticks, or other equipment. The Skate Protector is solely intended to protect the skate itself from wear, tear, and impact with the goalposts.

Assumption of Risk; Hockey is a high-impact, contact sport, and injuries may occur even when protective gear is used. By using this product, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree that you are using the Skate Protector at your own risk.

 Limitation of Liability; The manufacturer, distributor, and seller of this product are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses to the foot or any part of the body that may occur while using the Skate Protector. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from puck impacts, stick contact, or other gameplay incidents. By using this product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer in full.
